We source our pork from fully traceable, free-range farms where pigs enjoy a natural outdoor life. Many of these farms are based in Hampshire and Berkshire, helping us keep our supply chain close to home. This results in pork with superior flavour and texture—especially important for our award-winning sausages, which rely on consistently high-quality meat.
