Beef

Our beef is sourced from carefully selected farms across England and Scotland, with a strong emphasis on local suppliers in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Somerset, and Oxfordshire.

 

We look for beef with excellent fat definition to ensure natural marbling—essential for succulent, flavourful meat. Hung for a minimum of 21 days and up to 40, our beef develops a rich, tender texture.

 

All cattle are free range, fed a natural diet, and raised without growth hormones or additives.


We will always supply the finest of quality, ensuring every cut is a celebration of British farming at its best.
